On Thursday evening at 8:41 p.m., Station 26 and Station 6 were dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle accident involving a rollover and possible ejection. Maryland State Police arrived and confirmed the initial report, noting that the incident could be a possible fatality. Squad 26 responded to the scene with seven personnel. Chief 26-3, T. Kapela, assumed command and verified the incident details.
Paramedic 200 arrived and confirmed that the accident resulted in a fatality, leading to the cancellation of additional EMS units. Station 6 and Engine-Tanker 26 were assigned to manage traffic control until representatives from the state highway department arrived. Maryland State Police conducted their investigation, and all units returned to quarters by 11:47 p.m.
