On Saturday evening around 6:30 pm., strong storms with frequent lightning and high winds moved through the Eldorado area.

At approximately 6:45 pm Eldorado-Brookview, along with Hurlock, Sharptown, and Federalsburg, was dispatched to a structure fire believed to have been caused by a lightning strike near the intersection of Wesley Road and Eldorado-Federalsburg Road.

Early Friday morning, Station 26 was dispatched to assist Seaford with a commercial structure incident at Sal’s Pizza in Seaford. Engine Tanker 26 and Tanker 26-2 responded to the scene. Crews provided support with ventilation and clean-up efforts. Multiple companies from Delaware were also present to assist. Station 26 members returned to quarters around 4 a.m.... On Tuesday evening, members of Station 26 assisted Seaford 87 with a working structure fire. Both the engine tanker and tanker responded to the scene with a total of six personnel. Upon arrival, the crew from the engine tanker was assigned to the Rapid Intervention Team. The tanker and engine tanker were also involved in shuttling water to support firefighting efforts.... On Thursday evening at 8:41 p.m., Station 26 and Station 6 were dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle accident involving a rollover and possible ejection. Maryland State Police arrived and confirmed the initial report, noting that the incident could be a possible fatality. Squad 26 responded to the scene with seven personnel. Chief 26-3, T. Kapela, assumed command and verified the incident details.

On March 7, 2026, our members were dispatched along with mutual aid companies to assist Federalsburg with an apartment fire. Engine Tanker 26 responded with four personnel and helped with ventilation efforts. The engine tanker operated on scene for about one hour before returning to quarters.

At 04:37 hrs members from Sta 26 and Sta 6 were dispatched for a single vehicle MVC with roll over and entrapment. Chief 26-3 (T. According to MSP who was already on location advised single occupant with leg injury. MSP was alerted by the operators cell phone for accident notification.
